CEO assigned you to a team tasked with recommending a new organization for the company. The company’s functions and number of people assigned to each function are below. Prepare an organization chart and a short written explanation of how you decided on the structure. You must name the positions and show recommended lines of authority and communications on your organization chart. You may group functions for efficiency, however if you do you must indicate who is the person responsible for sub-functions.
