Included in the analysis are the following: mission statement/goals of the company, description of the company, structure/organization, Environmental analysis; (economic, technology, social/cultural, domestic business, global business, political-legal), core competency and competitive advantages, SWOT analysis, HR, types of workers, skills needed and culture, identify markets/products (4 P’s; product, price, promotion and place (distribution), international division, social responsibility actions, Financials (identify trends (2-3 years) i.e., improving, static, deteriorating and comment on the following (Income statement-profit/loss, Balance sheet, cash flow statements, liquidity ratios, ROI (Return on Investments)
