Collecting Data on a Health Need

Continue work on the community health needs from Week 1.
Step 1: Gather data independently or in collaboration with a community-based organization to identify all current resources available to meet the identified need and gaps in available resources.
Step 2: Create a table to show available resources and gaps in resources. Categorize available resources as human, financial, or material, and note the amount or level of each resource’s availability.
Step 3: In the table, note inadequate resources or gaps in resources. Given the available resources, which current resources are not meeting the need? What other resources are required? Include the resources required in terms of dollars, staff, materials, etc.
