The history of media and technology is the history of war. Discuss, with reference to Paul Virilio’s thesis in War and Cinema. Essays must focus on specific examples of media artefacts relevant to the chosen question and must contain a minimum of six (6) academic references – that is, to peer-reviewed journal articles and academic press books – in addition to the artefacts under discussion.
