Mental Capacity and Consents in health and social care
Description
Prepare and produce a case scenario of an individual patient with a particular mental illness/ disorder and analyse the law through the scenario.
Example; Mrs X living with dementia requiring an operation for broken ribs, has she got the capacity to consent to the operation or not? (Capacity to consent recommended).
Note: You are to analyse the law through your scenario / analyzing your scenario through the law
