My project will be called RECON PRO ROLLOUT. This will be an implementation of a new software app that will be used in my company to monitor/control the movement of sales. We will also track the quality of work, billing, auditing, and commisions. The RECON Pro project will allow the corporate office as well as all subsidiaries the visibility that’s needed to monitor all sales and commissions.

III. MEET WITH SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS
a. Schedule meeting
b. Introduce customization to the management team
c. Time management effectiveness
IV. IMPLEMENTATION
a. Schedule a release date for each location
b. Begin training on the software
c. Go Live with the new software
d. Monitor the effectiveness of the software for 90 days
e. Continue follow up as needed
