Wine Industry Evaluation

The gist of my paper should focus around a strong research question regarding the wine industry. Research question in the works: How have family-owned wineries maintained a superior status in the global wine market over typically dominant corporate enterprises. Is this status sustainable? The guidelines are attached under materials as well as some other helpful documents. I need up to 15 sources to back up my research and at least 7 of those must be scholarly sources. I have also attached my in-person interview synopsis which I conducted last month to help support my research. This essay must also include an abstract, methods of research, site observations (general description of a vineyard and/or winery will do), and empirical evidence/ evaluation regarding the global wine industry.
