Judicial review

Judicial review is a bedrock concept of American law. Marbury v. Madison was
the opportunity for Chief Justice John Marshal to put the Supreme Court on the map, so to speak.
What about the courts and their ability to interpret law… Why is a court sometimes a better place
than a government chamber to produce justice? Why might it be worse? Give an example of
something we have studied or one you find on your own to support your point.
