The company we are working on is ZIMMER BIOMET. For this report it is supposed to be 15 pages but for my part I am only assigned to do 4 pages. I attached the instruction file below and highlighted the part I am supposed to work on. The problem statement we came up for this company is struggling to hire the right people and building a culture a company.
My part is to analyse the OB problem: Explain the potential causes of the OB problem that is affecting the organisation. Which OB concepts can be applied to solve the problem? I also attached the powerpoint we learned in class so those could help with using the OB terms.
