Parts 1, 2 and 3 will utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Part 1: Determine the type of organization you would like for your company (sole proprietor, partnership,
corporation, etc.) and explain the advantages and disadvantages of your selection.
Part 2: Create a chart of accounts for ABC Company using the Excel template provided below.
