In this activity, you will explore how trauma impacts individuals, families, and communities in many ways on many levels.
First, review the ACEs study.

Then answer the following questions. You should have a paragraph (4-6 sentences) per question.

1. Describe the ACEs study. How did the researcher do the study and what did they learn?
2. Describe the benefits of the application of basic trauma-informed approaches. What does this allow us to do?
3. Provide one example of a real-life application of trauma-informed approaches. How have you seen this in your life?
