a mass tort Project description In our last class, we reviewed the Buffalo Creek Disaster and discussed the role of administrative agencies, corporate law and structures, torts, and ethics. Identify a mass tort or large-scale harmful event that has occurred in the United States sometime in the past 100 years. Do some research to learn more about the event, and then write a brief essay on the roles administrative agencies, corporate law and structures, and/or torts played. Also discuss relevant ethical considerations for the individuals, companies, or agencies involved. While you do not have to provide formal citations, please copy and paste links at the end of your essay to any sources used to inform your work. Points will be allocated as follows: 10 Points: Ethics Analysis 10 Points: Analysis of administrative agencies, corporate law and structures, and/or torts 5 Points: Professional writing. Writing should be well-structured and edited
