Final Ethnic/Affinity Group MultiMedia Project Guidelines
AFS /FAS 370 Spring 2015
Affinity and Learning Working Group Presentations
You will be a part of an ongoing working group in the second half of the course. You must incorporate race, gender, and classrespectively in your presentation as it relates to family theory AND your cultural, ethnic, or racial affinity group. Your project must be in relation to family theories, and make sure to describe the issues and/or challenges to families raised in the readings.
You may focus locally, regionally, nationally, or globally in your presentation project. Your group presentations are to be 10-15 minutes each. There will be a 5-minute feedback period afterwards. The final multimedia presentation on family should use Power Point, Prezi, or another multimedia form approved by instructor. Be creative here. Create a presentation on your ethnic affinity group or a topic covered in the class that relates to your ethnic group identity.
