Title: Evaluate the effectiveness of an internal coaching and mentoring program within a military school. Title may change All the instructors and support staff must be Cpls or above and must complete the DTTT program (which all the information can be found on the internet) which is 2 weeks long from this course you get ILM level 3 Coaching and Mentoring and Level 4 in Teaching in the Life Long Learning Sector. The program was run in 2013 inside the British Army School The program was ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring for any ranks. I need three good questions on what I am trying to find out - questions may change 1. What was the purpose of the program? 2. Why was it needed. 3. How Effectiveness was the program Questionnaires and followed by interviews if need All students and staff are over 18 years old so DBS is not required Think of the Ethics This will be handed into the tutor on 19 Sept for approval.
