Collegue's Posting: The main focus of the proposed dissertation is the gap between the criminal justice system, reformation and Life Skills programs in the State of Delaware. The problem of recidivism was chosen for several important reasons most of which have a much to do with the demise of the whole topic of communities, family relationships, and the future of a City that was once the epicenter of the State. The purpose of reevaluating the reform programs offered through the criminal justice system, not­for­profits and for­profits are the statistics of men between the ages of 20 thru 35 who completed reform and Life­Skills training programs only to be rearrested within 2 to 3 years for new crimes or returned to prison for probation violations. The study will be multipart, as a general rule conducted to produce a variety of perspectives that can support the investigation. (businessdictionary.com) Researchers have conducted extensive research on the topic of community­based custody, probation, and parole. The platform objectives based on the National Advisory Commission on Criminal Justice Standards and Goals (1973:311). (pg. 61) The unanswered question and revelation the direction of money stream. While time is limited to conduct the research, the scope of the relevant data will be explained in a theoretical framework targeting two populations from a Social Construction and Ecological theory. The framework focuses on specific variables and defines the specific viewpoints of several researchers, Joan Petersilia, and the findings of Spohn et al. (2001) are among the several active social behaviorists that conducted research verified by a lot of empirical studies. Prior research demonstrates a combination of rehabilitation/therapy, employment, and support supervision of the court were effective in reducing rates of recidivism. However, the missing elements of the predicted study will attempt to reveal the gaps based on the works of the Ecological Theory. Following Spohn et al. (pg. 3) and the findings of Schneider, Ingram, and Deleon, the second theoretical framework relevant to the study the Social Construction of target populations. Social Construction and Ecological theories target populations. The conceptual framework for the study designed under these capacities will emphasize the CPR situation to recognize the last three decades of the political world and the social construction described by Edelman 1964, 1988; Luke 1989. The procedure the study will conceptualize are the guides of policy, debates and discourses contingent on interpretation and the assignment of values to people, processes, and events (Stone 1997; Fisher 2003; Sabatier, Weible, (2014 pg. 106)). The 2007 ideologies of Chhokar, House, and Brodbeck, will identify new ideas and conceptual frameworks for leadership models. (pg. 29) Shafritz, Ott, Jang, lends a 2012 update that applies to the study because it pertains to the changing perspectives on institutional logics and their influence on the transformation of institutional theory. (pg. 31). According to Ostrom, the common­pool resource CPR Situation refers to a specific resource system that excludes potential beneficiaries from obtaining benefits from its use. Both frameworks will be productive in creating a proposed study on the disjointed criminal justice system, reform, and Life­Skills programs offered through the State of Delaware. In summary, the Social Construction framework will provide the impact to develop an evaluation that the CPR situation can provide, the required answers and ascertain the structure of the resource system, the by­products/programs from an interdependent and collective action.
