Crown Courtroom Observation

Crown Courtroom Observation Order Description Summative Assessment: A 2,000 word courtroom observation report. The essay must include a minimum of FOUR different references to include at least TWO text books. The core textbook, Elliott & Quinn (2014), will count as one reference only. Any earlier editions listed will be discounted as a new reference. You need to use at least three others of which: at least two should be textbooks or journal articles. Acceptable web references such as the Ministry of Justice website may be used in addition to obtain the minimum 40%. Any essays submitted without the four acceptable minimum references will automatically fail. Do not use Wikipedia, personal blogs or websites such as Lawteacher.net or Peterjepson.com.
