Green, Hayek

        Compare and contrast Green, Hayek, and Cohen’s notions of freedom. What is the nature and value of freedom to each philosopher? This analysis should include a discussion of Green’s view of the appropriate limits of freedom of contract; Hayek’s explication of the three types of freedom; and Cohen’s view that protection of private property rights by government infringes on freedom.
