Senior management reviewed the feedback from the Honicker representatives at the kickoff meeting. Based on the situation, senior management decided on a two-prong approach to move the project forward. The approach consists of: 1. Immediately beginning to obtain a better understanding of the Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta companies (the companies). 2. Creating an outline of a methodology as a first step to developing the final project methodology.
