•Write a 1–2 page paper, comparing your results as a leader and follower. Analyze your leadership style. Interpret your scores and how they can impact your leadership. We do not have a score interpretation tool for the MLQ survey as this is only the short form. For this one, which factor(s) did you receive the highest scores? Give specific examples form your personal experiences to illustrate your behaviors consistent with one factor on which you scored particularly high.
