Order Description
Choose a private, public or non-profit organisation located anywhere in the world in order to analyse and discuss the management of organisational change.
You are free to select an organisation of your choice drawing upon case studies in the literature and articles in the press, which indicate a significant
organisational change has happened.
1) 3rd July 2016 — Literature review and Research Methodology chapters
The literature review should focus on organisational change in broader terms, but also on the specific aspects (e.g. leadership, IT, innovations, culture) you will
examine with your case. You need to develop a coherent argument in your review and not just reporting the studies you will find. The modules/lectures you have attended
and the Sussex Library are the main source for retrieving relevant material.
The Research Methodology section should provide information of which methods and data you plan to collect, the rationale for selecting the specific methods and data as
well as their main limitations.
2) 15th July 2016 — Case-study chapter
This chapter should provide information about the specific case you have selected (e.g. background, descriptive data/statistics) as well as describe the organisational
change that have featured in the case. Here you need to address the five questions reported in the handbook of the module -- I have reported those below — as well as
mentioning here but not covering thoroughly the two issues (out of the six reported below) you will be then discussing in the Discussion chapter.
Questions
What were the reasons that led to organisational change and what was the purpose of change?
Who were the involved stakeholders and what role did each of them play in the process of change?
Describe, using relevant theory and/or framework, the process of change that occurred in the organization you’ve chosen.
Describe how the changing organisational context has influenced the changes that have been undertaken
How would you evaluate the outcome of change?
Issue to discuss in the Discussion Chapter (select two)
Discuss the role that leadership played in this organisational change
Analyse the challenges of changing organizational culture
Describe the role that Information Technology played in organisational change
Discuss the role of innovation (in products and/or services) in the changes that have been observed
Analyse the politics that occurred in the process of change and report instances of resistance to change
Report on what were the lessons that we can learn from the reported organisational change
According to this request I choose the company KFC, and location is China market, I already done the Literature review and methodology part and some case study
analysis, but there are still problems with my methodology and case study part. What you need to write is that rewrite the case study part and then, write the rest
part.

In addition, the tittle of dissertation is - why KFC can keep success in China market. The aim of the research is to find the KFC’s organizational changed in China,
what they did change of organization when they entry foreign market, and what they did for overcoming the scandal of food quality.
