Step 2: Issues Identification
Explain why each point in the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, facts is a strength…etc.
Step 3: Issue Ranking
Rank the SWOT points whether they affect “short-term or long-term decision”; and explain why? For instance, strength: 1) short term 2) long term and so on.
Step 4: Problem Statement
Write a problem statement that summarize the short-term issues.
Step 5: Recommendations (please try not using the word “should” in this part and instead, use “could, may, might”
