Microaggressions

    The Student will learn to identify microaggressions and will be able to reflect on how they can modify questions or comments in ways that are less likely to reflect stereotypic assumptions and beliefs. Microaggression: You will choose from the three types of microaggression. Please submit the type of microaggression that you plan to present on (microinsult, microassault, microinvalidate). The student will submit one paper. You will need to give at least three examples of the microggression chosen. You must define microaggression in their own words. You must cite references. You must come up with a solution to how to handle each microaggression.
