Online and Offline Reservation System and Online and Offline Travel Channel Order Description My dissertation questions are below and it should answer these questions: 1) Why consumers prefer online travel channel for their booking instead offline channel? What can be done in order to develop offline travel channel preferences? 2) How Online and Offline travel channels are used with consumers? Literature review will be divided into 2 parts: 1) How Internet arise in the world and how internet is used in travel sector? And What is the advantage and disadvantage of online channel? 2) What is the advantage and disadvantage of using offline travel channel instead online channel? At the end of literature, it should answer: Why my questions are necessary? After you should collect data from the same people(secondary databases with additional hand collected data at least 100 usable observations). Analysis should not be limited to descriptive statistics. Provide proper statistical or econometric analyses with significance tests. Include control variables where appropriate. You have to figure out which time and context what they prefer(online channel or offline channel) ? and then you should offer to the travel agency. Requirements: - The literature review should contain at least 20 papers from academic, peer reviewed journals and one reference book(not a textbook). -The final master dissertation should be minumum of 50 pages in length, excluding appendices. Note that the document should contain a reasonable amount of text and should not be a mass of tables, graphs and figures. The master dissertation should be formatted in Times New Roman 12(or equivalent) with 1.5 line spacing and 2.5 margins. Text should be justified. In text-references and the bibliography should use the Harward system of referencing.
