Project Management

Project Management build two sets of charts.  The first will be a RAM (Responsibility Assignment Matrix) as the book portrays it, and the second as you think it should have been.  The second is a Risk Matrix (What the risk is, how likely it is to occur, how to handle it, what the warning signs are, why handle it this way) both as the book portrays it and how you see it.  You need at least twenty risks in each.?
