Using the referenced articles below and two other peer reviewed sources identify some psychosocial factors (culture, age, socioeconomic class, etc.) that contribute to eating behaviors. Review the readings below that address nutrition labeling on food.
In an essay, address the following:

3. Describe challenges that might consumers face in understanding how to read a food label correctly.
