Recommendations & Action Plans
Recommendations & Action Plans
Order Description
*Subject area - Human Resource Management*
*Please find attach the Research Project*
Only make RECOMMENDATIONS based on:
a) the research findings (suggestions by participants); and b) the literature.
You will need to show (through evidence) how the recommendations will add value if implemented. Maintain objectivity and exercise caution and restraint when proposing
a course of action based on your findings. Do not have too many recommendations and make sure that those you have are workable. Recommendations can include actions to
change or do something differently or to maintain or strengthen an existing approach.
Include costings (where appropriate) and an implementation/ action plan to support and clarify the recommendations.
ACTION PLANS: Establish what it is that you want to do/achieve – what outcome do you want?; What are the key actions that will need to happen to bring about the
outcome you want? - Identify what needs to be done. Write everything down first and then trim down to a small number of actions; What is the logical order of these
actions? - What is the first step? What has to happen next? What should be the timeline? How will the focus on achieving the goals be maintained through the long-
term?;
Remember, the ESB is a modern organisation with a well-developed HR Department. They will have considered a range of options themselves to address the issue, so avoid
simplistic solutions.
