Selecting a Topic, Developing Qualitative Research Questions, and Identifying Interviewees

Throughout the eight weeks of this course (in separate but interrelated assignments), you will complete a small-scale research project. This project acts as a mini-qualitative study and will give you first-hand experience with conducting qualitative research, specifically conducting an interview. If performed appropriately, the data you collect could contribute to your own study. For this Assignment: Submit a 2- to 3-page paper which addresses the following: · Research topic: o Describe your research topic. o Provide a brief rationale for why you chose this topic and explain the process by which you selected your research topic. · Research questions: o Develop 2–3 overarching qualitative research questions based on your research topic that you hope to address in your interview. · Interviewees: o Identify two or more potential interviewees sufficiently qualified to provide data and insights into your research question(s). o Provide a brief rationale for why your potential interviewees are appropriate. Length: 2–3 pages Research Topic: RFID in the Health Care sector: A methodology for analysis of policy proposals and their implications for privacy, economic efficiency and security Possible interviewee could be a Security Engineer, Doctor, and etc
