The report gives a detailed evaluation of the business culture at the Shoreditch House Club with a view of improving the marketing strategies at Brussels. The report gives a critical evaluation of every service offered by the Shoreditch House Club and how such service is offered differently compared to other companies that offer similar services. The information regarding the services is gathered by the use of secondary sources from various authors, commentators, and from the company itself. The report concludes by offering a conclusion on the findings and recommendations on how Brussels should design its marketing strategies.
Background of the Study
The failure by many of the companies to leverage on their marketing department to galvanize more sales motivated this research. It is true that the marketing department is the most important in an organization, since all other divisions depend on it (Engelen 74). However, the significance of other operational divisions cannot also be gained.
The researches carried out to investigate the marketing departments in the hospitality sectors have been inadequate. This investigation, thus, wanted to bridge the deficit by not only looking into the hospitality industry-marketing operations but also limiting itself in Brussels House club, so as to make the investigation more substantive and allow for the recommendations suggested in the report to be implemented (Bryman 40).

Finally, the architect of the structures in designed in such a way that it allows a pellucid view of the beautiful surroundings thus making the area favorable for many.
Recommendations
This report recommends that Brussels should focus offering quality services to the guests rather than aim at maximizing profits at the expense of quality. The company should also focus on the customers’ preferences. It should also keep on restructuring the general arrangements of the business premises to keep up with the rapid dynamics of the market in the contemporary society. Finally, the general architect of the house should be in such a way that it gives a clear view of the vicinity when one is inside the business structure.
