Social Responsibility Order Description This week's individual work allows you to explore the idea of social responsibility in terms of a "real world" situation - a company of your choice. As you research the company and its program of social responsibility within its community, relate the ideas you find back to the concepts we have studied in business ethics. Create a research paper that discusses how one company (of your choice) illustrates social responsibility in its environment. Discuss what leadership does to promote social responsibility and how this ties to ethics and the organizational culture of the company. Support your ideas by citing and referencing outside research in APA format. Your assignment should follow the APA Style guidelines and include a minimum of 3 to 5 pages in the main body.
