Describe the trends in violent crime and gun homicide in the U.S. Does the public view violent crime and gun homicide rates as increasing or decreasing? Why do you think there is such a public misperception regarding crime rates? WRITING REQUIREMENTS: Your paper should be at least five-to-six pages in length for full credit.
