Successful Strategies for a Successful Class Action Lawsuit Order Description The goal of my paper is to discover the best strategies used for successful federal class action lawsuits. Federal class action suits pose many difficulties, starting with getting certified as a class per "7.2 Rule 23 Class Certification Requirements". What I want to know is, if I am a new lawyer and I want to file a federal class action suit, what have been successful strategies used in the past? What do I want to keep in mind about those cases that have first crossed the first hurdle of becoming certified as a class, and what doI want to be mindful of as the case proceeds through the court system? The paper should be about 10-15 pages (we can start with 10 and I can pay for more if it makes sense to do so), and the references should be in footnotes at the bottom of the page per "The Blue Book: Uniform System of Citation"
