have to talk about how to improve "Tazo tea". So i chose this little company since it is not very developed and I need to find ways of improving it. You have to write some questions and answers and you have to write about the executive brief elements.. i already attached examples on doing it probably you will understand more of what i want you to do. Below is the executive brief elements:- Context – what it’s about/what it is?World view – why it’s important in the world?Company view – why it matters to your company and your exec Partner view – why it matters to your partners (could be customers, strategic alliance partner, supplier, financial community, legal, government, ...) Change – what needs to change and what needs to happen to make that change. “The Ask” – what specific thing(s) are you asking for and/or telling your exec to communicate. Call to Action – what specific next steps are required by your company and your partner(s). Details – Q&A (FAQ) or other format to drill down on these elements.
