The PCard audit

Develop a plan for the PCard audit covering the first four months of 2010. Document your plan by completing the Test Plan and Information Required columns (columns E and F in Excel) in the Risk-Control Matrix. A sample PCard audit program (in a slightly different format) can be found at:

Write a memo (not to exceed one page) to Dr. Keith Newerla, President of the University Board of Regents, highlighting the current status of the project. Use appropriate grammar, spelling, and formatting (i.e., headers, footers, titles/descriptions of tests).
