Threat and Error

Threat and Error Module 14 has presented Threat and Error Management (TEM) which is an important part of Sixth Generation Crew Resource Management (CRM). In this final Forum Post assignment, you will be providing an example of a threat and error from your own every-day life. Instructions After reading the textbook and supplemental readings (including the Merritt & Klinect article), think about an example of a threat and an error that you have experienced. Furthermore, you may wish to expand on your example and indicate how you reacted to the threat/error and if the threat/error evolved into a more hazardous event. Compose one comprehensive paragraph (at least four sentences) providing your example of a threat and of an error (two examples total). You should provide additional details/information as needed to indicate how your example illustrates the term “threat” and “error.” Grading This is a reflective assignment.
