write up to three short papers on organizations that you are interested in working for, either through internships or after graduation. These papers should discuss (1) who / what the organization is, including what specific IT job opportunities it offers, (2) why you are interested in working there, and (3) how you can prepare during your time at KSU (including in this course) to have the best possible chance of obtaining a position there. *The paper must be 2 to 3 pages long (double-spaced). No “fudging” by increasing margin width, font size, or using excessive white space or images. no more than 1-inch margins, no greater than 12-point font. *The bulk of your paper should be your own reflections on the organization, based on what you’ve learned about them through your own research or discussions you’ve had with recruiters and employees. As a rough guideline, you can write one page on what the organization is, one page on why you are interested in working there, and one page on what preparations would be necessary to improve your chances of being hired there. *Do not simply copy and paste (exact wording or slightly modified) company information from their website or other sources and simple words what the company does and the types of IT/IS jobs it has.
