to edit and rephrase the journal

This module taught us the many elements in forming and maintaining a team as it involves team interaction to complete the team project. In the team forming process, We are asked to form a group of six for the module project and I am glad to say that we bonded very quickly. As a homogeneous team, our team went through the storming stage quite smoothly. Initially, I seldom shared my idea due to apprehension evaluation, I was afraid of being judged by other members. This is solved soon after a few meetings because I realized all my team members are very encouraging and they always motivate me and make me speak out during the meeting. Every time when I contributed something, they will recognized my work and I felt that my efforts were valued. We had meeting at least twice a week to do our works for the module, including case studies, papers and project. We expected each other to participate and have preparations before each meeting so conflict can be avoided later on when we start our meetings and discussions. We decided on roles and responsibilities for everyone and all members take their responsibility and aim to work for success of this project. During most of the meeting, we usually write down our ideas on a paper to prevent idea blocking. It is because only one member may give an idea at any one time, other member might forget the idea they were going to contribute or not share it because they see it as no longer important or relevant. We started to have this habit of writing what we think because we think that blocking is a critical challenge as it may inhibit a person's train of thought in generating their own ideas and remembering them. Unquestionably it helps us to generate more ideas with higher quality. Conflicts are no anomaly when we are involved in group project. I am glad that there was not any major conflicts arisen throughout the project period. There were few disagreements and they were all resolved very quickly as group polarization usually happened after everyone shared their opinions during meetings and discussions. From this project, I learnt about how to do presentation slides using Prezi, how to create a mindmap for our ideas, and how to come out with different diagrams for our project such as causal-loop diagram, PCN diagram, empathy map, customer journey map and so on. I put in a lot of efforts in doing Prezi as I never do a slides using this software before. I know nothing about Prezi before I take this module and by taking this module, I searched for many online tutorials just to find out how to add in audios, videos and animations. I was over the moon when I found out the grade for Prezi presentation was quite good. I was so glad that my efforts really paid off. When the project came to the end, I had mixed feelings. I was happy that we finally complete our tasks but at the same time I was reluctant to deforming this awesome team as I really love how we work as a team. I really enjoyed this learning journey of IS4224. I especially love going to the class with my team members. I love how the professor engages his students in class by asking questions randomly so everyone will concentrate in class. I really look forward to go to his lesson every week. Moreover,
