Topic: Edit entire literature review and proposal/ complete milestones section

Order Description Edit the entire proposal so that it reads cohesively and also make sure the literature review sections has 10 references. Furthermore, complete the milestones section at the bottom of the page (right before the references section) that's in red font and set reasonable milestones for the tasks.
