For this Application Assignment, you will write a 2- to 3-page essay as part of Section 1: How to Create a Culture Conducive to Change of your Implementation Toolkit. Your essay should address the following points related to a particular professional development program. This program may be the one you developed in a previous course or it may be a program that you have chosen as the focus for this course.
