Order Description 3. Conduct an interview with two different people; one you perceive to be an effective leader in athletics and another you perceive to be an effective leader in business. Investigate the leadership techniques and principles which these leaders implement to lead the group that has been entrusted to him/her. Summarize some of your conclusions about effective leadership in a four (4) page paper highlighting the following: a. Each interviewee’s personal definition and general philosophy of leadership. b. Specific personal characteristics of each leader that help them lead others. c. Specific strategies implemented by each leader to cause positive change among those they lead. d. Similarities and differences noted between leadership in business and athletics. e. How each leader maintains their integrity, motivation, and good health while serving as a leader. f. Your personal assessment of how two leaders’ visions of leadership matches up with yours.
