Paper details: Reflection is a process used in nursing practice and involves noticing, interpreting, and responding (Tanner, 2006, p. 208). Discuss strategies you could use to share this process with others in your area of nursing practice using Tanner’s model as a guide. For example, discuss a situation where you noticed, interpreted, and responded, and then reflect upon the situation based on its context and your background in nursing, and how both contributed to the clinical judgment that you made. Support your discussion and opinions with facts, relevant examples from personal nursing practice, and at least two citations from the reading or peer-reviewed professional nursing literature.
