Training session

Training session requires you to produce and design a training session for managers on a chosen topic from the course. You need to design a training session and include a discussion of the following: • • Why the training is important and how you will convince senior management that the training needs to take place. • • The aims of the session. • • Who is included in the session. • • What you will do during the session and why. • • What resources are needed. • • How you will evaluate the success of the training session.
