      This is the phase 2 of the WRSX Group paper. In this phase I need you to: consider the options carefully, and determine how to increase shareholder value through the plans that your team pursue. (or provided) Write a strategic review: compile a list of the top 5 strategic choices available to the WRSX Group explaining your team's rationale for these, including the potential benefits and risks that they may present and then: In Phase 1, you and your team undertook an analysis of the WRSX Groups’ strategic position. Now your task is to review the strategic choices available to the Group and develop a plan for growing the business and thereby increasing shareholder value. In order to help you with constructing the business plan, a template is provided. When writing or presenting your business plan, consider the following key questions: - which management models or frameworks are best for examining options for growth? - what are the opportunities and risks for the business? - what resources and capabilities within the business can deliver growth?
